With 15+ years of construction experience and $100M+ in capital improvement projects across federal, commercial and residential markets, Karl intimately understands the operational inefficiencies that plague the built environment. Starting Blue Collar Labs in 2015, Karl’s mission has been twofold; helping construction technology companies improve their exposure and engagement with construction companies, and helping construction companies better understand and leverage new technology in order to improve operational efficiency. Elsewhere, Karl has successfully scaled several Chicago-area construction companies, including a private equity real estate company to $40M AUM.
